The creative direction was centered around translating the experience of entering a video game into a fashion editorial. I envisioned the models as larger than life characters, each with her own distinct identity, wardrobe, and personality while existing within the same digital universe.

I took the same character driven approach to the wardrobe direction, styling each model differently while using recurring cyber elements to connect their looks. Metallic textures, sculptural silhouettes, statement eyewear, futuristic accessories, exaggerated footwear, and bold hair became the common language throughout the styling. One character was built around an icy white palette with structured, utility inspired details, while the other incorporated iridescent textures, black accents, and electric blue hair to give her a completely different presence. I wanted the wardrobe to feel like selecting between two characters with their own individual powers and personalities.

The illuminated cube set became the central “game environment,” completing the feeling of a character selection screen brought to life. Together, the wardrobe, set, posing, and character direction transformed the models into players within a futuristic fashion universe.
